The ISL6341BIRZ-T is a synchronous buck pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller designed for step-down DC-DC applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of +4.5V to 14.4V and accepts input voltages from 1.5V to 12V, with the potential for up to 20V under certain conditions. The output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.8V with a tolerance of ±0.8%. This controller features integrated gate drivers for both the low-side and high-side MOSFETs, enabling efficient operation.
