The ISL6261CRZ is a precision single-phase core voltage regulator designed for Intel's IMVP-6 protocol, suitable for mobile CPUs. It offers a system accuracy of 0.5% over temperature and enhanced load line accuracy. The regulator features an internal gate driver with a 2A driving capability and supports a 7-bit VID input, allowing output voltage adjustments from 0.300V to 1.500V in 12.5mV steps, with the ability to change VID on-the-fly. This product supports multiple current sensing methods, including lossless inductor DCR and precision resistive sensing, and includes a thermal monitor for improved reliability.
