The ISL6146AFRZ is an OR-ing MOSFET controller designed for low-voltage power distribution, operating from 1V to 18V with an external N-channel MOSFET to replace diodes in high-current applications. It features a fully integrated charge pump to drive the MOSFET gate, programmable VIN-VOUT trip point via external resistors, and an open-drain FAULT output for fault detection. The device is housed in an 8-lead 3x3 mm DFN package with an exposed pad connected to GND. It supports operating temperatures from -40°C to +125°C and includes VIN hot swap transient protection up to +24V.
