The Intersil ISL54062 device is a low ON-resistance, low voltage, bidirectional, dual single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) analog switch. It is designed to operate from a single +1.8V to +6.5V supply and pass signals that swing down to 6.5V below the positive supply rail. Targeted applications include battery powered equipment that benefit from low rsubON/sub (0.56?), low power consumption (20nA) and fast switching speeds (tsubON/sub = 55ns, tsubOFF/sub = 18ns). The digital inputs are 1.8V logic-compatible up to a +3V supply. The ISL54062 also features integrated circuitry to eliminate click and pop noise to an audio speaker.
