The ISL23325UFRUZ-TK is a dual, 256-tap, low voltage digitally controlled potentiometer featuring an I2C Bus interface. It operates with a total resistance of 50kOc and is designed for low power consumption, making it suitable for battery-operated devices. Each potentiometer can be configured as a three-terminal potentiometer or a two-terminal variable resistor, allowing for versatile applications such as power supply margining, trimming sensor circuits, and gain adjustments in battery-powered instruments. The device supports a supply voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V for analog power and 1.2V to 5.5V for the I2C bus, eliminating the need for additional level translation. It features a power-on preset to mid-scale (128 tap position) and has a typical wiper resistance of 70Oc at 3.3V. The ISL23325UFRUZ-TK is available in a compact 16-lead ultra-thin quad flat no-lead (UTQFN) package and operates over an extended industrial temperature range of -40¬8C to +125¬8C.
