The ISL2111ARTZ is a 100V, high-frequency half-bridge N-channel MOSFET driver in a 10-lead 4x4 TDFN package. It features 3A peak pull-up and 4A peak pull-down output current, CMOS-compatible input thresholds, and an on-chip 1W bootstrap diode. The device operates from an 8V to 14V supply voltage with bootstrap supply voltage up to 114VDC and includes under-voltage protection. Propagation delays are typical 38-50ns with rise and fall times of 9ns and 7.5ns into a 1nF load. It is RoHS compliant and meets thermal performance targets with a typical θJA of 40°C/W in free air. The EPAD is electrically isolated and recommended for connection to the PCB ground plane.
