The ISL2111AR4Z is a 100V, high-frequency half-bridge N-channel MOSFET driver in a 12-lead 4mm × 4mm DFN package with an exposed pad for improved thermal performance. It supports a VDD supply range of 8V to 14V, provides peak output currents of 3A pull-up and 4A pull-down, and includes an on-chip 1W bootstrap diode. The device features 3.3V/TTL-compatible inputs, independent high- and low-side inputs, under-voltage protection, and propagation delays of 32-60ns with rise and fall times of 9ns and 7.5ns respectively into a 1nF load. It is Pb-free and RoHS compliant, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
