The IDT723614L20PQF is a high-speed, low-power CMOS bidirectional clocked FIFO memory with a storage capacity of 64 x 36 bits. It supports clock frequencies up to 67 MHz and features fast access times of 10 ns. This device includes two independent FIFOs that can buffer data in opposite directions, allowing for simultaneous read and write operations. Each FIFO is equipped with programmable flags for Almost-Full and Almost-Empty conditions, enhancing data management. The memory supports dynamic port B bus sizing options of 36 bits, 18 bits, and 9 bits, with configurable big- or little-endian formats.
