The ICL7667CBAZA is a dual monolithic high-speed MOSFET driver in an 8-lead SOIC package, designed to convert TTL-level signals into high-current outputs up to 15V for driving power MOSFETs in switching power supplies. It features a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 15V, TTL/CMOS input compatibility, and an output resistance of 7Ω typical at 15V. The device provides rise and fall times of 30ns with a 1000pF load and propagation delays under 50ns. It is RoHS compliant and Pb-free, with a maximum operating temperature of 70°C.
