The HIP4080AIBZ is a high-frequency, 80V full-bridge N-channel FET driver in a 20-lead SOIC package. It supports bootstrap and charge-pump circuits for high-side gate drive, with user-programmable dead time and a disable function that pulls all outputs low. The device operates from a 9.5V to 15V supply, with propagation delays of approximately 55ns and rise and fall times of typically 10ns when driving a 1000pF load at 1MHz. It includes undervoltage protection, logic thresholds compatible with 5V to 15V inputs, and is qualified for operation from -40°C to +85°C. The IC meets RoHS standards and is available in a lead-free version.
