The HIP2101EIB is an 8-lead EPSOIC package half-bridge driver designed for driving N-channel MOSFETs in high-frequency applications. It operates with a bootstrap supply voltage up to 114VDC and features independently controlled high-side and low-side outputs with 13ns matching. The device includes on-chip undervoltage protection, a 1Ω bootstrap diode, and 3Ω output driver resistance. Propagation times support multi-MHz operation with typical 10ns rise and fall times into a 1000pF load. TTL/CMOS logic inputs provide compatibility with standard control signals. The EPSOIC package is compliant with IPC-2221 100V conductor spacing guidelines. Operation is specified from -40°C to 125°C.
