The EL7457CU-T7 is a high-speed, non-inverting quad CMOS driver from Quarktwin Technology Ltd., capable of operating at clock rates up to 40MHz. It features a peak drive capability of 2A and a nominal on-resistance of 3Oc, making it suitable for driving highly capacitive loads, such as those found in CCD applications, as well as for ATE pin driving and clock-driving tasks. This driver can operate from single or dual power supplies and is compatible with both 3V and 5V CMOS and TTL logic levels. Each output can be switched to either the high (VH) or low (VL) supply pins based on the input pin configuration. The output enable (OE) pin allows for high-impedance states, which is particularly beneficial during power-down scenarios in CCD applications. The EL7457CU-T7 is designed for fast switching with rise and fall times of approximately 12ns at a load of 1000pF, and it maintains tight matching of rise and fall times within 1ns, as well as propagation delays within 2ns. It is available in multiple package options, including 16-pin QSOP, SO, and QFN, and operates over a temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C.
