The EL5375IU is a differential amplifier designed for high bandwidth applications, featuring a 550MHz 3dB bandwidth and a slew rate of 900V/¬µs. It operates with a differential input range of ¬±2.3V and can deliver a maximum output current of 60mA. The device is suitable for single 5V or dual ¬±5V supply configurations and consumes low power at 9.6mA per channel. It is stable for a gain of one and requires external resistors to set the voltage gain for each channel. The output common mode level can be adjusted via a reference pin, which has a -3dB bandwidth of over 450MHz. The EL5375IU is housed in a 24-lead QSOP package and is specified for operation over a temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C. It is also RoHS compliant and available in a Pb-free version.
