Renesas Electronics Corporation Application Specific Clock/Timing 9P936AFLFT

The 9P936AFLFT is a low skew dual bank DDR I/II fan-out buffer designed for VIA chipsets. It supports output frequencies of up to 266MHz for DDR I and 400MHz for DDR II, making it suitable for high-speed memory applications. The device features programmable skew and individual output control through SMBus, allowing for precise timing adjustments. It includes a pair of differential feedback pins for synchronization and supports up to two DDR DIMMs. The output-to-output skew is less than 100ps, with output rise and fall times ranging from 650ps to 950ps. The part is housed in a 28-pin SSOP package and is RoHS compliant. It operates within a temperature range of 0¬8C to +70¬8C and requires a power supply of 2.5V or 1.8V for DDR outputs.
