The IDT8N4SV76 is an LVDS Frequency-Programmable VCXO designed for high-performance applications. It operates within a frequency range of 15.476MHz to 866.67MHz and from 975MHz to 1,300MHz, with a programming resolution of 218Hz or better. This device utilizes fourth-generation FemtoClock® NG technology, ensuring low phase noise and high clock frequency performance. It accepts a supply voltage of either 2.5V or 3.3V and features a small, lead-free ceramic package measuring 5mm x 7mm x 1.55mm. The VCXO supports an absolute pull range programmable from ±4.5 to ±754.5ppm, making it suitable for various applications in wireless infrastructure, telecommunications, and networking equipment.
