The IDT8N4DV85 is a dual-frequency programmable voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) designed for high precision and low phase noise applications. It operates within a frequency range of 15.476 MHz to 866.67 MHz and 975 MHz to 1,300 MHz, with a frequency programming resolution of 218 Hz or better. The device utilizes fourth generation FemtoClock® NG technology, ensuring optimal performance in terms of clock frequency and phase noise. This VCXO can be powered by either a 2.5V or 3.3V supply and is housed in a compact, lead-free 6-lead ceramic package measuring 5mm x 7mm x 1.55mm.
