The IDT8N3SV76 is a programmable LVPECL voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) that offers flexible frequency programming capabilities. It operates within a frequency range of 15.476MHz to 866.67MHz and from 975MHz to 1,300MHz, with a frequency precision of 218Hz or better. The device utilizes fourth-generation FemtoClock® NG technology, ensuring low phase noise and high clock frequency performance. This VCXO can be powered by either a 2.5V or 3.3V supply and is housed in a compact, lead-free 6-lead ceramic package measuring 5mm x 7mm x 1.55mm. It supports an absolute pull range (APR) that can be programmed from ±4.5ppm to ±754.5ppm, making it suitable for various applications in wireless infrastructure, telecommunications, and networking equipment. The device also features an output enable control input compatible with LVCMOS/LVTTL levels and operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
