The IDT8N3SV76AC-0144CDI8 is a programmable voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) that operates within a frequency range of 15.476MHz to 866.67MHz and 975MHz to 1,300MHz. It utilizes fourth generation FemtoClock® NG technology, which provides high clock frequency and low phase noise performance. The device can be factory-programmed for precise frequency settings with a resolution of 218Hz or better, and features an absolute pull range (APR) that can be adjusted from ±4.5ppm to ±754.5ppm. This VCXO operates on a supply voltage of either 2.5V or 3.3V and is housed in a compact, lead-free 6-lead ceramic package measuring 5mm x 7mm x 1.55mm.
