The IDT8N3SV75 is a programmable LVPECL voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) designed for high-frequency applications. The device operates on a supply voltage of either 2.5V or 3.3V and features a small, lead-free 6-lead ceramic package measuring 5mm x 7mm x 1.55mm. This VCXO utilizes fourth-generation FemtoClock® NG technology, ensuring low phase noise performance and high clock frequency capabilities. It supports an absolute pull range that can be programmed from ±4.5 ppm to ±754.5 ppm, making it suitable for various applications in wireless infrastructure, telecommunications, and networking equipment. The device includes a differential clock output and an output enable control input compatible with LVCMOS/LVTTL levels.
