The IDT8N3SV75 is a programmable LVPECL voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) that offers flexible frequency programming capabilities. The device utilizes fourth-generation FemtoClock® NG technology, ensuring low phase noise performance and high clock frequency. This VCXO can be powered by either a 2.5V or 3.3V supply and is housed in a compact, lead-free 6-lead ceramic package measuring 5mm x 7mm x 1.55mm. It features a single LVPECL clock output and includes an output enable control input compatible with LVCMOS/LVTTL levels.
