The IDT8N3QV01 is a Quad-Frequency Programmable Voltage-Controlled Crystal Oscillator (VCXO) designed for high-performance applications. It utilizes IDT,Äôs FemtoClock¬Æ NG technology, providing low phase noise and high clock frequency capabilities. The device operates with a supply voltage of either 2.5V or 3.3V and is housed in a compact 10-lead ceramic package measuring 5mm x 7mm x 1.55mm. This VCXO supports programmable output clock frequencies ranging from 15.476MHz to 866.67MHz and from 975MHz to 1,300MHz, with a frequency resolution of 435.9Hz divided by the output divider. It features four default power-up frequencies selectable via FSEL0 and FSEL1 pins, which can also be reprogrammed through an I2C interface. The device is suitable for applications in wireless infrastructure, telecommunications, and networking, with an operating temperature range of -40¬8C to 85¬8C. The output is a differential clock signal compatible with LVPECL levels, and it also includes LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible control inputs.
