The IDT8N3Q001 is a quad-frequency programmable clock oscillator designed for high precision and flexibility in frequency programming. Utilizing fourth generation FemtoClock¬Æ NG technology, it offers low phase noise performance and supports output frequencies ranging from 15.476MHz to 866.67MHz and from 975MHz to 1,300MHz. The device operates on a supply voltage of either 2.5V or 3.3V and is housed in a compact 10-lead ceramic package measuring 5mm x 7mm x 1.55mm. The oscillator features an I2C interface for programming output clock frequencies and internal PLL control registers, allowing for a frequency programming resolution of 435.9Hz divided by N. It includes four default power-up frequencies selectable via FSEL0 and FSEL1 pins, which can be reprogrammed. The device is suitable for applications in wireless infrastructure, telecommunications, and networking, with an operating temperature range of -40¬8C to 85¬8C.
