It operates with a supply voltage of either 2.5V or 3.3V and is housed in a compact, lead-free 6-lead ceramic package measuring 5mm x 7mm x 1.55mm. This device can be factory-programmed to output two frequencies within the ranges of 15.476MHz to 866.67MHz and 975MHz to 1,300MHz, achieving a frequency precision of 218Hz or better. The VCXO features a programmable pull range typically from ¬±12.5 to ¬±787.5ppm and includes an FSEL pin for frequency selection, compatible with LVCMOS/LVTTL levels.
