The 72V3641L15PFG8 is a 3.3V CMOS synchronous FIFO memory with a storage capacity of 1,024 x 36 bits. It supports clock frequencies up to 67 MHz and features fast access times of 10 ns. This device allows for asynchronous or coincident clocking between its two ports, enabling simultaneous reading and writing of data. It includes programmable Almost-Full and Almost-Empty flags, as well as Input Ready and Output Ready flags, which are synchronized to their respective clocks. The FIFO memory is designed for low power consumption and is available in a space-saving 120-pin thin quad flat package (TQFP). It is characterized for operation within a commercial temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. The device is also pin and functionally compatible with its 5V counterparts, allowing for easy integration into existing designs.
