The 72V3640L15PFI8 is a 3.3V high-density SuperSync II FIFO memory device with a configuration of 1,024 x 36 bits. The device features flexible bus-matching capabilities, allowing for input and output widths of x36, x18, or x9, which can be configured during the master reset cycle.
