The 72V245L10TFG8 is a 3.3V CMOS synchronous FIFO memory with a capacity of 4,096 x 18 bits. It features a 10 ns read/write cycle time and is designed for low power consumption, making it suitable for applications such as optical disk controllers, Local Area Networks (LANs), and interprocessor communication. The FIFO supports both asynchronous and synchronous read and write operations, with programmable Almost-Empty and Almost-Full flags, as well as fixed Empty and Full flags. It is available in a 64-lead thin quad flatpack (TQFP) package and operates over an industrial temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C. The device is depth expandable using a Daisy-Chain technique, allowing for increased capacity in data buffering applications. Note that the lead finish (SnPb) is in the end-of-life process, with the last time buy expiring on June 15, 2018.
