The 72V235L10PF is a 3.3V CMOS synchronous FIFO memory with a capacity of 2,048 x 18 bits. It features a 10 ns read/write cycle time and is designed for low power consumption, making it suitable for various data buffering applications such as optical disk controllers and Local Area Networks (LANs). The device supports both asynchronous and synchronous read and write operations, with programmable Almost-Empty and Almost-Full flags, as well as fixed Empty and Full flags. It is available in a 64-lead thin quad flatpack (TQFP) package and operates over an industrial temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C. The FIFO can be expanded in depth and width using daisy-chain techniques, and it is fabricated using high-performance submicron CMOS technology. Note that the lead finish (SnPb) is in the end-of-life process, with the last time buy expiring on June 15, 2018.
