The IDT723641 is a high-speed, low-power CMOS clocked FIFO memory with a storage capacity of 1,024 x 36 bits. It supports clock frequencies up to 67 MHz and features fast access times of 11 ns. This FIFO memory allows for simultaneous reading and writing of data on a single clock edge, thanks to its free-running CLKA and CLKB, which can operate asynchronously or coincidentally. The device includes programmable Almost-Full and Almost-Empty flags, as well as Input Ready (IR) and Output Ready (OR) flags, which are synchronized to their respective clocks.
