The 7007S55PFI is a high-speed 32K x 8 dual-ported static RAM designed for asynchronous memory access. It features true dual-ported memory cells, allowing simultaneous reads from the same memory location. The device operates with a maximum access time of 15ns for commercial applications and 20ns for industrial applications. Power consumption is low, with typical active power at 850mW and standby power at 1mW. The memory can be expanded to accommodate wider data buses through a master/slave configuration, supporting systems with 16 bits or more. It is compatible with a single 5V power supply and is available in both 68-pin PLCC and 80-pin TQFP packages. The device also includes on-chip port arbitration logic and semaphore signaling support, making it suitable for applications requiring independent access to memory from multiple ports. An industrial temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C is available for selected speeds, and green parts are offered as well.
