Rehrig Plastic Slip Sheets are the perfect alternative to other shipping platforms and methods such as pallets, fiber or corrugated slip sheets and floor loaded product. Our manufacturing process can add tensile strength due to proper sheet orientation. High tensile strength plastic sheets and tabs resist tearing; resulting in immediate savings, while eliminating the cost to re-stack loads. Unlike wood pallets and fiber or corrugated sheets, plastic slip sheets won’t absorb moisture that causes deterioration and load deformation and can harbor and transmit bacteria and other forms of contamination to goods. Plastic slip sheets do not require treatment or certificates for import or export. Typical sheets will range from 20" to 50" wide, from 0.008" to 0.100" thick and can be nearly any length. Customized printing options are also available for company names and logos or for product identification purposes. A variety of surface textures and embossed patterns with different COFs are also available to resist sliding and keep goods securely in place. Made with durable high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin, Rehrig Slip Sheets are co-extruded with one side having a slip and the other side having an anti-slip surface. This dual coefficient of friction creates a top surface that resists product slippage and a bottom surface that improves operational efficiency.
