The RM2301 is a P-channel enhancement mode power MOSFET designed for load switching and PWM applications, housed in an SOT-23 surface mount package. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -20 V and a continuous drain current of -3 A. The on-state resistance is 110 mΩ maximum at VGS = -4.5 V and 140 mΩ maximum at VGS = -2.5 V. The device supports a maximum power dissipation of 1 W and operates from -55°C to 150°C. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 125 °C/W. Gate threshold voltage ranges from -0.4 V to -1 V. The package is halogen-free and complies with lead-free standards.
