Design: On one side with a single radial clamping screw ISO 4762. On one side an expanding shaft with tapered clamping element. Temperature range: -30 to +120° C (3.6 F to 270) Backlash: Absolutely backlash-free. Brief overloads: Acceptable up to 1.5 times the value specified. Service life: R+W Bellows Coupling BK7 are maintenance-free and have an infinite life, if the technical ratings are not exceeded. Material: Bellows are made from flexible, high-grade stainless steel. The hubs are made from aluminium. Fit tolerance: On the hub/shaft connection 0.01 to 0.05 mm. Speeds: Up to 10,000 rpm, in excess of 10,000 rpm available with a finaly balanced version. Non-standard application: Custom designs with varied tolerances, keyways, non-standard material and bellows are available upon request. Technical Data: rated torque from 15 - 300 Nm shaft diameter from 8 - 60 mm
