The ZVR series is a zero speed switch designed for motor monitoring, detecting the loss of rotational speed by sensing current or voltage. It supports AC supply voltages of 24 to 240 VAC and detects signal levels from 35 mV to 430 mV AC/DC, with a maximum overvoltage rating of 600 VAC or DC. The ZVR-120A-A2A variant features two normally open (2NO) output contacts, adjustable sensitivity and time delay (0.5-40 seconds), and operates on 100-120 VAC. It mounts on DIN rail or surface, uses a plug-in terminal block, and has an operating temperature range of 0°C to 65°C. Hysteresis is 5% of the set point, and it rejects 60 Hz interference at 10 times the DC sensitivity at the most sensitive setting. The device weighs 8 oz and is housed in a vertical case measuring 5.875 in. for DIN rail or 5.313 in. for surface mounting.
