The TVM-400-21 is a three-phase voltage relay designed for motor protection, monitoring line voltage, phase rotation, and phase loss. It mounts as a plug-in device with an 8-pin octal termination and includes a dust cover. The unit operates on 410 to 490VAC, 3Ø, with a fixed 13% over/under voltage trip setting and a 0.5-second pick-up and drop-out delay. Output contacts are rated for 10A at 250VAC or 30VDC, with circuit capacity of 1/2 HP at 250VAC and 1/3 HP at 125VAC. Ambient operating temperature ranges from 0°C to 40°C, with storage from -40°C to 85°C. Weight is approximately 4.5 ounces. A status LED indicates normal operation. The relay is designed for use with a 600V OT-08 socket and supports under voltage only or over and under voltage modes.
