The TVM-400-10 is a three-phase voltage relay designed to monitor line voltage, phase rotation, and phase loss in motor circuits. It has a plug-in octal (8-pin) package and weighs approximately 4.5 oz. It operates on 410 to 490 VAC, three-phase, at 50/60 Hz, with a fixed 0.5-second pick-up and drop-out delay. Output contacts are rated at 10 A at 250 VAC, 1/2 HP at 250 VAC, or 10 A at 30 VDC. The relay energizes only when all phases are present, voltages are within ±13% of nominal, and phase rotation is A-B-C. A status LED indicates normal operation. Operating temperature range is 0°C to 40°C, with storage from -40°C to 85°C. It is dust-cover packaged and uses a 600V OT-08 socket for mounting.
