The MCDR-20-S is an AC current sensing relay that automatically generates operating power from the monitored current line, eliminating the need for an external power supply. It has a 20-amp pick-up threshold and a 2.5-amp drop-out range, with a 0.1-second delay for both pick-up and drop-out. The relay features a Form C contact rated for 10 amps at 120VAC, 6 amps at 250VAC, and 5 amps at 30VDC, supporting 1600VA AC and 300W DC resistive loads. It accepts stranded wire up to 0.7 inches in diameter through its current window and is mounted via surface #6 screw terminals with screw terminal blocks for 24-10 AWG wires. The device is epoxy-filled, weighs 6 oz, operates from 0°C to 40°C, and is DIN rail mountable with a compact design. It is rated for 100,000 full-load electrical cycles and operates at 47 to 63 Hz.
