The MCDR is a self-powered AC current sensing relay that operates without an external power supply, energizing its 1 FORM C output relay when monitored current exceeds the pick-up threshold and de-energizing it when current falls below the drop-out level. The MCDR-10-T variant features 0.25" male push-on tab terminations and a 10 A pick-up current, with a 2.5 A drop-out range. It supports up to 100 A continuous AC current, with a 150 A peak for 1 minute, and is rated for 10 A at 120 VAC, 6 A at 250 VAC, or 5 A at 30 VDC. The relay offers 100,000 electrical cycles, operates from 0°C to 40°C, and is packaged in epoxy with surface mounting via #6 screw. Dimensions are 2.69" x 1.9" x 1.814". Multiple conductor passes through the current transformer increase sensitivity.
