The CLR series is a plug-in logic level relay designed for speed sensing using digital or analog sensors, with a pulse rate range of 1 to 10 pulses per second for the CLR-24V-101 variant. It operates on 24 VAC/VDC supply voltage, features an 8-pin octal package, and includes a relay status LED. The output rating is 10 amps at 120VAC and 5 amps at 30VDC or 250VAC, with 300W DC and 1,600W AC maximum resistive switching power. The unit supports 100,000 electrical cycles and 20 million mechanical cycles. Operating temperature ranges from 0°C to 40°C, with storage from -40°C to 85°C. A 0.5-second pick-up and drop-out delay prevents rapid cycling. The relay is mounted vertically with standard connections for sensor input, power, and COM.
