QSCT-95/25-01-QB1000MM is a semi-conductive heat shrinkable tubing rated for up to 36kV, designed for insulation screening in high voltage cable connectors. It is made from radiation-cross-linked polyolefin, with an as-supplied inner diameter of 95mm and a recovered inner diameter of 25mm, and a minimum wall thickness of 2.7mm in a round profile. The tubing operates from -45°C to +105°C, shrinks fully at 120°C, has a tensile strength greater than 14 MPa, elongation at break exceeding 300%, and volume resistance below 10⁴ Ω∙cm. It is black, RoHS compliant, and packaged in quantities of 1000.
