QSCT-75/22-01-QB1000MM is a semi-conductive heat shrinkable tubing for use up to 36kV in power cable accessories, without adhesive. It is manufactured from radiation cross-linked polyolefin, with an as-supplied inside diameter of 75mm, recovered inside diameter of 22mm, and a minimum wall thickness of 2.5mm in a round profile. Operating temperature range is -45°C to +105°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 100°C and full recovery at 120°C. Standard color is black, and it is RoHS compliant. Tensile strength exceeds 14 MPa, elongation at break exceeds 300%, and volume resistance is less than 10⁴ Ω·cm. Longitudinal shrinkage is 0% to 5%, and eccentricity is less than 30%.
