Heavy wall polyolefin heat shrink tubing with a 3:1 shrink ratio, designed for sealing and protecting electrical and communication connections. Available in sizes from 9/3 mm to 200/60 mm, the QR3-105/30 variant has an as-supplied inner diameter of 105 mm and wall thickness of 30 mm, recovering to 4.3 mm. It is supplied in flat form, 48 inches long, with 15 pieces per bag. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +110°C, with a full recovery temperature of 120°C. The tubing provides high electrical insulation, meets RoHS compliance, and resists UV radiation, impact, abrasion, and stress cracking. Dielectric strength exceeds 20 kV/mm and volume resistance exceeds 10^14 Ω·cm. No adhesive lining is present in QR3 tubing.
