QNS-105 is a flexible nylon sleeving designed for mechanical protection in consumer, commercial, and industrial applications, offering high toughness, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance. It is braided from high-tenacity nylon yarns stabilized for light and heat, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. The sleeving meets Military Specification A-A-59301 and is made from yarn conforming to MIL-C-572, Type P (polyamide), Form Y. It is RoHS compliant, resists fuels, acids, mildew, and UV, and is available in black. Physical dimensions and wall thickness vary by nominal inside diameter, with standard sizes ranging from 1/16 inch to 2 inches. Packaging is supplied on spools, with lengths of 100 to 500 feet depending on size.
