QMB-series heat shrinkable medium voltage breakouts are radiation cross-linked polyolefin insulators designed to protect cable ends up to 36kV from flashover and surges. They operate from -55°C to +105°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 110°C and full recovery at 120°C. The material is UV resistant, weatherproof, flame retardant, and non-tracking, with a dielectric strength of at least 20 kV/mm and volume resistance of at least 10^13 Ω·cm. Tensile strength is a minimum of 8 MPa, with elongation at break of at least 300%. Standard color is red. The series is RoHS compliant. All variants share identical material properties, while dimensions vary by model.
