QLB is a flame-retardant, heat-shrinkable cable breakout boot designed for 2-core and 3-core low-voltage cables, used to seal and protect multi-core cable assemblies with a hot-melt adhesive coating. It operates from -55°C to +110°C, shrinks fully at 130°C, and has a minimum shrink temperature of 110°C. The product is black, RoHS compliant, and meets IEC 216 for temperature ratings, ASTM D 2671 for tensile strength and elongation, IEC 93 for volume resistance, and IEC 243 for dielectric strength. Minimum tensile strength is 13 MPa, with 300% elongation at break, and dielectric strength of 15 kV/mm. Water absorption is limited to 1% max. The series includes multiple sizes for 2- and 3-core applications, distinguished by recovered diameter and length.
