QHS-130 is hermetic fiberglass sleeving designed for use in hermetic motors, offering high resistance to refrigerants, oils, and solvents with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +130°C. It meets NEMA TF-1, Type 2, and ASTM-D372 standards, with dielectric strength ratings of 4000V min. average and 2500V min. individual for Grade B-1, and 2500V min. average and 1500V min. individual for Grade C-1. The sleeving is extremely flexible, abrasion resistant, and passes UL 1441 flex and penetration tests. It is RoHS compliant and available in natural color. Dimensions vary by wire size, with inside diameters ranging from 0.027 in to 1.036 in and wall thicknesses from 0.006 in to 0.017 in. Packaging includes standard lengths of 36 inches with quantities ranging from 50 to 1000 pieces per bag depending on size.
