QFR-135 series adhesive-lined, fully flame-retardant polyolefin heat shrink tubing with a 4:1 shrink ratio is designed for strain relief and abrasion protection in automotive wire harnesses. It has an inside diameter of 9.0 mm when recovered, a wall thickness of 1.21 mm, and an adhesive layer of 0.71 mm. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 110°C and full recovery at 135°C. The tubing is black with a white adhesive liner, complies with RoHS, and meets flammability standard ISO 6722-1, cold bend requirements per UL 224, and fluid resistance per GMW 17136 and ASTM tests.
