Adhesive-lined, semi-rigid, crosslinked polyolefin heat shrink tubing with a 4:1 shrink ratio, designed for sealing and insulating wiring harness splices and terminals in high-temperature automotive under-hood applications. It operates continuously from -40°C to +150°C with a minimum full recovery temperature of 135°C. After recovery, the inside diameter is 17.8 mm, wall thickness is 2.24 mm, and adhesive thickness is 1.52 mm. The tubing is black, RoHS compliant, self-extinguishing per ISO 6722-1, and meets GMW 17136 water tightness and dielectric strength requirements of 19 kV/mm. It is supplied cut to 48 inches in packs of 5.
