QDR-3/8-03-SS50M is a 2:1 shrink ratio diesel-resistant elastomeric heat shrink tubing, designed for protecting cable terminations and splices in military vehicles. It has an as-supplied inner diameter of 9.5 mm, a wall thickness of 4.8 mm, and recovers to a nominal wall thickness of 1.02 mm in a round shape. Operating temperature ranges from -75°C to +150°C, with full recovery at 175°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/16

The special formulation makes the tubing high temperature fluid resistant and long term heat resistant. It can provide effective protection to cable terminations, splices and joints in military
