QDR-1/8-03-SS50M is a 2:1 shrink ratio diesel-resistant elastomeric heat shrink tubing, designed for protecting cable terminations and splices in military vehicles. It has an as-supplied inside diameter of 3.2 mm and wall thickness of 1.6 mm, recovering to a 0.76 mm nominal wall thickness. The tubing maintains flexibility and integrity from -75°C to +150°C, with full recovery at 175°C. It meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/16

The special formulation makes the tubing high temperature fluid resistant and long term heat resistant. It can provide effective protection to cable terminations, splices and joints in military
