QD-2000 series semi-rigid, adhesive-lined heat shrink tubing with a 4:1 shrink ratio is designed to protect wire harness splices and components from moisture and environmental damage. It has an inside diameter of 17.78 mm when unrecovered and shrinks to 4.45 mm, with a nominal adhesive thickness of 1.37 mm and wall thickness of 2.41 mm. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +130°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 110°C and full recovery at 135°C. The tubing is flame retardant, UV resistant (black only), RoHS compliant, and meets flammability standard ISO 6722-1. Tensile strength exceeds 10.4 MPa, elongation is 250% minimum, and volume resistance is greater than 10¹² Ω·cm. It passes cold bend and heat aging tests per UL 224 and GMW 17136. Standard colors are black and clear.
